City Center Mission

As Valley Church embarks on a new mission to the south side of Des Moines, Student Ministries will help lead the way. Jesus called His followers to fish for people. We have borrowed that language by introducing “Fishing Trips” this past year. Heading into the new school year we are going to fish regularly on the south side, through the City Center. A City Center student leadership team will help launch this disciple making movement. However, we invite all students in VCSM to participate. While looking to be Spirit led, we intend to send students out twice a month to make disciples of all nations. Let’s go fishing!
